1.        Broker/salesperson must accompany prospect on any property inspections prior to auction date & must attend auction with the prospect

2.        Commission will be paid at closing to approved broker with current Kansas real estate license.

3.        Registered broker must identify themselves to auctioneer on sale date.

4.     This form must be faxed to 316-775-0993 at least 24 hrs prior to auction date.

 The offered Commission Broker fee is 1% of Selling Price

DOWN PAYMENT- Immediately following the conclusion of the auction, the successful bidder will sign the real estate purchase contract & pay earnest money/down payment in the amount set forth per auctioneer. The down payment may be paid in the form of cash, personal check, or business check. The balance of the purchase price is due in certified funds at closing. The earnest money/down payment is non-refundable. The real estate is not being sold subject to buyer qualifying for financing. Seller WILL NOT pay any of buyer’s loan costs.   AGENCY – Eberhardt Real Estate and Auction Inc. is functioning as the agent of the seller & will not be the agent of the buyer.
